New from Alzone, an Innovative Rail product which is Versatile, Quick to Install and Durable.
Alzone Cwic Rail is compatible with parallel to roof tin and tile mounting.
The Same Rail can be used on Tilt mounts installed on tin roofs via the Telescopic Leg and Mounting Hinges. This benefits the customer due to reduced inventory and cost outlay due to the versatility or rail usage.
Alzone Cwic Rail has the follwing Features / Benefits:-
- Australian Made Product.
- Unparalleled Industry Leading 20 Year Warranty.
- Rail has the ability to be run in any direction on the roof using Alzone Mounting brackets or Hinges. e.g. SPMFLMC, SPMFCMBCKTMK2, SPMFLTDMBCKT or SPMHINGE1
- A channel either side of the rail allows the installerto insert solar cable along the inside of the rail
- The slip-in Cwic Clip is used to attach panel clamps via 8mm socket head screws. (no more sliding bolts along the length of the rail)
- Clamps come already fitted with Cwic Clip and appropriate Screw
- Slip-in Cwic Clip with a socket head cap screw is used to attach Alsone Feet which have vertical uprights e.g. SPMFC, SPMFF, SPMFTD, SPMFKL
- Lip on one side of channel allows the attachment of Alzone Mounting brackets via the Alzone Rail Clamp (SPMCLAMP)
- Slide-in / Clip-in joiner kit (SPMCJOINKIT) comes already fitted with 8mm Socket Head Screws.
- Deep Grove on top of rail for retention of the larger Alzone Stainless Steel Grounding Rod (SPMGR2.3)
- Anodised for superior corrosion resistance
- Most makes of Grounding Lugs are compatibel with the Alzone Cwic rail.
Cwic rail is designed in Australia and Made in Australia by a Quality Assured Manufacturer.
System design is Wind Load Certified by an Experienced and Qualified Australian Structural Engineer for all Australian and New Zealand Wind Regions
Product Warrantied against manufacturing fault and corrosion for 20 years (conditions apply)
